It is worth watching the CNN clip that is embedded on that page. Basically, a Muslim woman and (I presume) her husband went to the Trump rally in South Carolina. She had a shirt with "Salam, I come in peace" written on it. Both she and the man had yellow stars on that said "Muslim". When Trump was talking about Syrian refugees, they stood up, but didn't say anything. People in the crowd started shouting epithets at them and police escorted them out. Meanwhile, Trump was going on about "they hate us". Unless he is a Muslim, he has that backwards.

Ignorant moron baiting other haters ... Predictable, unfortunately.

Doesn't every Trump rally turn ugly?

I saw another clip where two people were thrown out of a Trump rally for holding up signs that said "America Is Already Great" - like the Muslims in the clip above, they weren't being loud, unruly, abusive, and weren't disturbing anyone. It was everyone else causing a huge ruckus. And yet security throws them out instead of the ones who are actually being abusive.

To be stoical in the face of derision by a mob is soooo PC. No wonder they were tossed out!

Interesting to me that the very prominent yellow stars worn by the Muslims look surprisingly similar (not identical) to the Star of David. Ironic, to say the least.

Trump is ugly. In any sense of the word.

What is the point? They came to start trouble. They were escorted out.

Perhaps they would have had a better reception wearing the sign of the Nazarene in Syrua? Or wearing a Yarmulke in predominantly Muslim areas of Paris?

are you painting all Trump supporters with the same broad brush?

Or perhaps the woman should dress in Western garb and stroll through a refugee camp in Germany. I'm sure no ill would befall her.

Really Jeff, after all your BS in the Germany thread, you fail to see you are behaving exactly the way you say others are.

Cognitive Dissonance at its finest.

Huh? Did you skip your coffee this morning? Are refugee camps the standard by which we judge Trump rallies? The couple did nothing to deserve being insulted by the crowd and the candidate, let alone kicked out.

Any more deflections you would like to get out of your system?

Peaceful dissent was met by Trump bigotry. And unless Trump condemns their actions, Trump and his supporters own it.

High standards you have for American citizens. And presidential candidates.

They came to cause a problem and succeeded, then escorted out. Wouldn't have mattered who the candidate was, the result would have been the same.
