Trump and him not calling BS on his supporters

Eric Rudolph, the Unabomber, Matthew Frein, Dylan Rooff. Is the Donald going to be looking into this as well?

I didn't tell him what he must say. I just pointed out what he didn't say and what he did. Why didn't you answer my question about what you would have said?

I am not the candidate. Trump is. I liked what he said. So just quote him.

It would not surprise me one bit if Hillary’s campaign planted the guy in the audience to ask this question.
It is just like something her campaign would do - much like questioning Obama’s citizenship in 2008.

This is easily handled by saying, "I didn't hear everything and of course I believe Obama is a Christian and a Muslim and Muslims in America are not a problem and we are not interested in getting rid of them". But, of course, that's not Trump's style. He likes to do the old "I didn't hear what he said (wink, wink)" game.

But some ARE a problem, i.e. September 11th, Boston Bombing, Ft. Hood shooting, shooting in TX at the draw Mohammed event, etc. Should he lie and pretend that some Muslims are NOT a problem? Obama says he's a Christian. I'm willing to take that at face value. I can see though, why so many feel he's Muslim, or VERY empathetic to Islam, given (a) his upbringing (b) his close relationships with the Brotherhood and others (c) his animosity towards Israel (d) his comments about the call to prayer. And that's but a few examples.

He also picked a church with a very controversial leader. That, in itself, speaks volumes.

The questioner didn't say "some Muslims", he said "Muslims" and he left out non-Muslims who are a problem. The statement is prejudicial any way you look at it.

All of your reasons to believe Obama is a Muslim are illogical, but the best one is that he joined a church. Yes, joining a church is solid evidence of being a Muslim. Had he joined synagogue, it would be case closed.

You do know that none of them are walking free?

"We’re going to be looking at a lot of different things, a lot of people are saying bad things are happening, we’re going to be looking at that and plenty of other things."

Trump's quote above. Trump has a certain genius with this. Now that everything is "racist" "anti-Muslim" "wrong speech" -- now that it has spread to any word or phrase, it comes back to how people are tired of having every remark labelled this way, every remark has a hidden racist meaning, all remarks except compliments are off limits -- it reaches out to a bigger audience -- the ones who are tired of the relentless PC speech police in all aspects of life.

Yes, as a necessity today, trump has the ability to convey racist invective in a vague way. No one who isn't a goober believes otherwise.

Telling that you believe this to be "genius."

"At the highest estimates, the percentage of Muslims in the United States would represent about 2 percent of the population."

Maybe Trump does not need the Muslim vote.

How ridiculous you are Skippy. Name calling? Not a genius -- no he's a bumbling fool! That is how he became a successful business man, billionaire, and popular candidate for President.

I'm constantly in churches. I doesn't mean I'm not a Jew. You say "case closed" yet you have NO idea what is in my heart regarding religion.

The fact Obama joined a church 20 years ago...so what? To a lot of folk they watch his actions and see a bending over backwards to appease the Muslim population, here and overseas. I'm curious as to why Goforth's son wasn't invited to the White House - I could not find any indication that he has. It wasn't even a full day before the Muslim boy in TX had his invite. That doesn't go unnoticed.

Again, it's not Trump's place to tell this man how to think. I know you don't really understand that, because telling people how to think is at the very core of progressive politics.
