Recommend a good guard dog

Whatever you do, don’t get a pitbull. Apparently these dogs are so gentle and sweet you could have them nanny your children. Not much protection with a pitbull in the house

German shepherds need to be trained and op said she doesn’t want to train a dog .

All dogs require training. If you don't want to train a dog, get a motion detector and a recording of a large dog barking. Put up some invisible fence flags, leave a water bowl on the porch and some partially gnawed dog toys in the yard.
