Nast! Milk tastes like fish. Oh yeah, it has DHAs in it
This milk is not natural and is suspicious it smelled and tasted like fish. The milk is not expired yet. There is no option on the phone to complain. If I don't get a reply in 48 hours I will complain this to BBB and other federal agencies. I don't think cows eat fish btw. :)
????What is the drama? Read the label. For example, Costco organic milk has fish oil in it.

I never had this problem before so why is the so called "fish oil" affecting the taste of the milk now?

Absolutely disgusting. You may not be able to tell much if you drink the milk cold, but I heated up a cup of milk to drink with coffee and it took me a few minutes to figure out what I was tasting. Pure fish… Absolutely disgusting. I will never buy Horizon milk with DHA and Omega. It’s ansolutely vile.

Thanks a lot for your answering. You really answered my question I won't buy it again. Thanks again

There really is nothing wrong with the Horizon milk. I am a farmer of grass fed beef and true free range eggs. They both sometimes have a fish smell and it is because of the same thing that give salmon a "fish smell"-very high levels of omega 3 fats. Those are the good fats. I buy raw grassfed milk from a neighbor and it sometimes has the same smell and again it is from the same healthy fats. This is what all beef, eggs, and milk once tasted like before we started feeding cattle enormous amounts of grain and took chickens away form adding grass in their diets by raising them indoors. I know most of you won't believe this but it is absolutely true. And by the way, you get used to it to the point that my whole family can't taste it anymore.

Ha I thought of this thread today when I reheated some homemade mac and cheese I made with DHA milk. It was totally inedible. Never again.

Same experience here. The Horizon's 2% organic milk is nasty. I unfortunately hate fish. Eating a piece of salmon is like eating Desitin to me. It's gross. I have an aversion to all fish - but I love crab legs and broiled shrimp. I have 2 more 1/2 gallons of Horizon's milk left, and I'm taking them right back to Aldi's to let someone else experience the fishy taste.

My housekeeping skills are pretty good (I read the review about blaming the taste on poor homemaking skills). I'm both a registered nurse, and have a degree in home economics education. I used to teach kids how to cook and clean, I know what's clean - even recognize when a sterile field is broken.

So, I'll forget the DHA milk and go with plain organic.
