This is a good way to discourage folks from buying airline tickets. Have you seen videos of ice in action? They act like a bunch of unprofessional un-american thugs. Go ahead and put them in charge of your families safety if you choose but plenty will say no thank you and depress the airline industry along with the rest of this crap economy.

The video you have seen is when the illegal is evading arrest OR when there are a bunch of fat left loonies trying to obstruct them from making an arrest. Usually in sanctuary cities. The majority of arrests ICE has made has not been caught on camera and is actually fairly routine.
I am fine with the work ICE does. And if it means illegal aliens not flying then so be it.

So far in this administration: a horrific mid-air collision and the government can't even get their act together to pass legislation to address the issue that caused it. other close calls where commercial pilots need to looking out the window so they can see completely unidentified military aircraft in their airspace. We are in a war.

Apparently the ice will guard the entrances and exit, because they’re not trained to do the tsa jobs. Seems like a useless waste, adding to the crowds.

I'm sure you realize that TSA agents are currently assigned to do this work, right?
Having ICE agents man the entrances and exits allows TSA agents to conduct the security checks in checkpoints since they are trained to do that.
ICE agents can also check IDs before they get to checkpoints.

ICE officers weren't being doxxed when, for almost two decades now, they were carrying targeted arrest operations to deport people here illegally with criminal records. That's because they operated with professionalism and within the norms and bounds of the law. Even if some people objected the operations were legal and handled professionally. And when the operations were being handled in a legal, aboveboard, professional manner, the ICE agents were not routinely masked.

If, and it's a big if because only theoretical risk has been presented, not actual evidence of risk, ICE agents are now at risk of being doxxed, then there are many measures that can be taken for them to reduce that risk, but they can't mask and hide their identities to shield their actions from public scrutiny or transparency. That's what our society and Constitution demand.
