3. If a state deliberately attacks civilians, that is a war crime, not terrorism.

Iran sponsors terrorists. Israel has committed war crimes.

The US is an aggressor, but we’ve not seen any evidence so far that it has either sponsored terror or committed war crimes (unless you believe that it intentionally targeted the school).
