2014 Boys (U13) Offer/Status Check-In

Does anyone know about Achilles 2014 MLS Next HG team? Best I can tell, they've gotten zero discussion on the board. If they have tryouts ongoing perhaps there are some HG slots over that way for players that are looking for a home?

You're right. Their trolling game is strong. I did not even decode that one. My bad.

My answer still remains the same though if it were the case. I have a 2014 in a competing club and I have the Veo and Trace recordings of our matches against them. English coming off the sidelines is easy to hear from the coaches of SYC Pre-MLS Next, Pre-MLS Next A and Pre-MLS Next II in the 2014 age group.

If you have not gotten an offer from a club yet, it is over. Done. Finished. Soccer career? Gone. Pack it up.

Please proceed immediately to retirement. Do not pass go. Do not collect anything. Just pivot now while you still can. Strong backup options include pickleball, fishing, or if you really want to stay elite…curling.

As we speak, the world is spiraling because you have not been recruited by a top MLS or ECNL team. Phones are not ringing. Emails are not coming. Mom and dad are currently in crisis mode trying to figure out what to tell the neighbors.

Check out their insta page. Their schedule is out. Note that current team members will be at the tryouts as it’s just a regular practice for them. So if u figure out who they are and hang with them skill wise, you have a good chance.

Ignore comments saying they suck. They will lose a lot but it’s the only club in the area that will allow you to use all the techy skills you learn in small group training under match conditions because they DGAF abt winning or losing. Good luck!

FVU did multiple sessions for feeder club players starting Oct last year. Many offers went out as soon as the Feb 1 window opened. Some good players didn’t get offers, amazingly. Received FVU offer on Feb 1, decided to go MLSN HG instead. Others did similar with alternate ECNL clubs.
