ECNL is still stronger but swapping in Carolina Core for STJ is a nice upgrade for GA.

this didn’t age well at all. Arrrgh there be ties in them brackets. BSC/NA for the win. Delco right behind. Rest have some mixed results with ties to inconsistent teams. Richmond took a loss as well. Interesting results.
