A source … allegedly… “the medication.” That says nothing about what he was diagnosed with or actually prescribed. The specific pill bottle seems to have not had his name on it. I think what you are missing is that the kid has a history of serious behavioral issues and Ritalin is extremely extremely common for that. I don’t know exactly what happened but so far sounds like a mistake and not abuse.

A “mistake” wouldn’t have caused her to lose custody. This issue happened a while ago and she lost custody in October.

You can also pretend that People isn’t reputable but they aren’t going to lose a lawsuit and their reputation over someone like Meghan.

You are not understanding. Cps didn’t take the kids. My understanding is that they closed the case. But the family court judge changed custody ‘temporarily’.

Not sure what your issue is with the ex, but Meghan’s actions triggered the school to make the CPS complaint, not her ex. And having a restraining order filed against you from the GAL is serious and not something you should make light of.

Reunification is always the goal of family services so of course the order is temporary.

This. The kid is reported to be SN and probably needs Ritalin. Cps didn’t take the kids, it seems they closed the case, but Jim convinced the court to give him temp custody.

Where did you read that CPS closed the case and then Jim convinced the court to give him custody?

She doesn't work. Please. And unless I were hospitalized, I would be there. I don't think inaccurate info is being leaked. I think she's an unstable mess, and needs to get her ish together.

Definitely not. You can’t pretend to be the best mom out there and love your kids so much, and then skip 2/3 of your court allocated visits.
