Without two special players they are just another average ECNL team. One injured and the other misses every now and then for US duties. VDA riding the coat tails and best part is those two are new to VDA...ha! |

Surprised with a few of the matches - in particular with VDA & RU. As stated, VDA is without their top scoring threats and it really showed in only potting 3 over both games. RU with a plus 15 GD after their 9-1 Saturday and 7-0 Sunday results. As far as those two @ VDA being new, when does that end? They played with them last year, so? Only one VA league game next weekend with Beach facing NCFC at WRAL. Full slate up the next weekend. |

Hyperbolic? Maybe, maybe not. Big thing is that both RU & VDA place Charlotte SA & NC Fusion that weekend. VDA needs wins for sure and goals as well. The GD that RU has put up right now is huge. Once again, RU and VDA face off at the end of the season. Been this way for the last few years and it's always matters. Good Luck to all. |
