That’s the other Gates Scholarship category. But they screwed up in giving Usha the Gates Cambridge one because she clearly has no commitment to improving lives of others, which is one of the eligibility criteria. Bill Gates has gone on record that this administration’s careless cuts to foreign aid will kill millions of poor people. |
