Organized? You mean when the first game starts at 8am and people are lined up and couldn't get it till 8am. Players didn't get to warm up, was given a water break but no halftime. Games shorted and delayed.

My Brazilian wife is a Latina based on the geographical location of where she was born. That’s it. They know they are put into that box and they don’t like it. She and other Brazilians don’t care about Hispanics and they don’t like it when they are lumped into the Hispanic umbrella. As a matter of fact most don’t even associate with the Hispanic community. They have more in common with Italian and Portuguese people. That is there vibe. Now stop jumping on the Brazilian bandwagon.

Please, no need to pretend you are married to a Brazilian. And incorrect. As a Latino, I have many Brazilians friends that in the US have no problem being identified as Latino, is just know fact. Of course, outside of the US we don’t say we are Latinos, but we refer to each of our nationalities. Argentinos, Brasileros, Colombianos, Chilenos, Bolivianos, Uruguayos, etc . Seems that learning more than more English might help you understand other cultures a bit better 😉

They should have divisions/brackets, especially for 2010 where there were so many teams and a wide range of skill levels. No point have a lower level team go against academy level team w/double digit goal differential. No one is learning or developing anything.

My boy competed in the 2010s. For the most part the matches were competitive from what I saw. Most of the kids are in the MLSN and Ecnl environment, and likelihood that If a coach recruit them is becuase they were ballers. Great tournament , and agree about entrance fees. A multi day one would make more sense .
