I agree. What would hardball look like in this case? (Cucinelli was my first thought when this all started. Complete and utter nightmare!!)

Well, one idea would be to remove BOV members; the general assembly has already laid the foundation for this with their refusal to approve a bunch of BOV appointments and then saying that current BOV members who include the unapproved members in meetings are violating the rules.
