Of course he had this for years. You don't get to 82 and then all of a sudden have urinary difficulties. Most men have BPH well before 80 which would lead to screening.

Suddenly, everyone is a urologist. A quick google search informed me that a rare type will spread very quickly and symptoms of the bone cancer, after it has metastasized, may occur first.

Giving the conspiracy theorists the benefit of the doubt, let’s say he did know while he was still potus. And the plan was to get him reelected and soon after would need to step down. Ok, fine. But it has been 10 months since he left the race. What possible (nefarious) reason would he have to keep it secret? If anything, it could have helped the Harris campaign with some sympathy votes and by showing just how quickly health status can change at that age, since Trump is the same age.

It would be totally in line with Biden’s character to refuse special treatment and only do normal screenings for his age, especially after he left the race.

If he did keep it secret, I’m sure it was only so that he and his family could have time to process before having to deal with Trump/Maga. Considering how many people are already suspicious, and the fact that Jr is already saying that it is just another lie because Dr. Jill Biden should have caught it, that’s probably not a bad idea. Poor fool doesn’t know the difference between a medical doctor and a doctor of education.

NP. You obviously do not know that different types of cancer metastasize at different rates. What the previous poster is telling you is that prostate cancer is a type of cancer that does not spread nearly as quickly as, for instance, typical forms breast cancer. For instance, kidney cancer is a notoriously slow growing cancer that, even when "aggressive," can go untreated and will not kill the person as fast as even typical forms of breast cancer will. There is no way any man, least of all a man as heavily monitored for any warning signs of ill health as POTUS, is going from a normal PSA to metastatic cancer that has spread to the bone in mere months.

My father was diagnosed with stage IV kidney cancer via bone metastasis. Many, many kidney cancer patients are diagnosed at Stage IV because there are no screening tests and it is often asymptomatic until late stage. My father had aggressive therapy and lived one year which was six months longer than the doctors thought he would. Even when kidney cancer is caught early it often returns and is extremely aggressive.

I am friends with several doctors who asked their urologist friends. The consensus I’m hearing is that there is no way Biden asymptomatically went from a clean bill of health in summer 2024 to advanced prostate cancer with bone mets in early May 2025. It is extremely unlikely.

The question is whether he was treated at all. I agree, he’s entitled to his privacy, but I am worried he suffered. Bone mets are very painful; I really hope he was treated, and it just failed or the cancer progression occurred despite treatment.

Dr. Zeke Emanuel is an oncologist and he also thinks he’s had it for years.

I don’t trust any doctor that conclusively weighs in on someone’s health who they haven’t personally treated. It’s irresponsible.

Many people have this cancer for years and don’t treat it because it’s often slow growing and people die of other things first. And SOME prostate cancers are aggressive and get to the bones quickly.

But anyway, Trump took another $2 billion bribe and the House is trying to pass a bill that would make it illegal to regulate AI for 10 years. Pay attention.

2. Biden was so out of it he didn’t recognize symptoms so they didn’t do anything

22% of diagnosed prostate cancer patients had acceptable PSA scores in the year prior to diagnosis.
11% of those diagnosed with prostate cancer are under age 55, which is when we start screening for it (or age 40 w/ family history).

Anyone who has ever had a loved one suffer from an aggressive cancer can tell you have fast it can go from 0 to 60.

Last July the WH denied Joe Biden’s Las Vegas medical incident, which required shutdown of several roads. They had to rush him home immediately after canceling the hospital visit.

Then really weird stuff started occurring....
