Help for height

They contain nutrients that help with growth.
If there is a possibility that lack of good nutrition is a factor, then they might help.
Otherwise, they are probably a wise of money.
Regular vitamin supplements are cheaper.

My son only wears a 5.5 and he’s in 7th grade. He says he has the smallest feet in the grade but isn’t the shortest. Maybe his feet just haven’t gone through a growth spurt yet?

Do feet grow first? Some short kids I know have big feet. Not sure if it’s correlated.

Most tall kids have big feet and most short kids have small feet it seems.

Feet grow first. The fastest heigh growth spurt is around two years after the fastest foot growth spurt.

That’s just the way it is.

That add is sexist and incredibly demeaning of women.

No wonder Kamala lost.

Disagree. All that matters is money. Short men that make a lot of money will be just fine. So raise your son to be a high achiever and smart and they will have lots of dating options.

Nothing. He just lived his life, ate well, and took vitamins. He is now 17 and wound up being 5'8", which is taller than I expected, given that his dad is 5'6" and I am 5".

What?? I am the PP whose son is 5'8" and he is a size 10, as is his best friend who is 5'11".

I think she means he has super tiny feet at age 12.5 years, not that he has size 12.5 feet!

Height and foot size are more correlated among some races than others (according to the studies I've seen). In white men, it seems to be much higher than Black or Asian men.

Understood. My point was just that two nearly adult boys who are fairly different in (close to) final height have the same shoe size (his friend is somewhat above 5'11" but not quite 6').

Good to know! I would say that size 10 is rather small for being close to 6 feet tall but perhaps smaller feet run in the family.

NP here. You never know- my 6'1" husband has size 9.5 or 10 feet. My 14 year old is a size 10/10.5 and is expected to be 6'2". I don't think his feet will grow much more considering he's close to his final height and his father has small feet.

There are way too many exceptions for shoe size to matter.

I have three sisters. We are 5’2”, 5’6”, 5’9, 5’9”. We all have the same size small feet. Size 6 until we had babies and then size 7.
