I do think he looooooooves feeling like hot young woman want him. I also feel like there’s a collection of hot young women who knows this and are, to a greater or lesser degree, leveraging that to promote their career. She’s like a dumber, tackier, and generally more awful sequel to Hope Hicks.
And I get Melania is happy for him to have a young women fluffing up his ego, as it spares her the work, and he probably wouldn’t mind if there was an affair as, again, it saves her the work. Anything he does that doesn’t negatively impact her financial comfort or her son is probably totally okay with her.
I honestly disagree with that. In his favor is that he has never smoked and is a teetotaler. He's been on statins forever.
Doesn't mean of course that he is actually having sex, although the pig he is certainly likes the clearly sexualized attention he's getting from her.
Ran across a lifespan projection for both Biden and Trump published in 2020 (Biden definitely healthier). BTW it also discusses cognitive decline although did not identify any actual clinical decline based on known medical history.

Results
Lifespan (independent of medical
history)
• Biden life expectancy estimate using a
combined risk factor approach = 96.8
years (average is 87.4 years)
• Biden probability of surviving a fouryear term as president = 95.2% (average
is 82.2%)
• Biden probability of surviving to age 85
years = 66% (average is 61.2%)
• Trump life expectancy estimate using a
combined risk factor approach = 88.6
years (average is 86.2 years)
• Trump probability of surviving a second
four-year term as president = 90.3%
(average is 86.2%)
• Trump probability of surviving to age
85 years = 60% (average is 55.0%)
(the averages cited would be different because those are affected by the person's age at the time the projection is made--if you have a 77 year old and a 74 year old--or whatever they were at the time--the 77 year old has a longer projected lifespace simply because they have avoided dying between ages 74 and 77).
