I honestly disagree with that. In his favor is that he has never smoked and is a teetotaler. He's been on statins forever. 
Doesn't mean of course that he is actually having sex, although the pig he is certainly likes the clearly sexualized attention he's getting from her.

Ran across a lifespan projection for both Biden and Trump published in 2020 (Biden definitely healthier).
