Colleges with best and worst dining halls

Pro tip: Find out where the athletes (football, basketball) get to eat on campus (which meal plan cafeteria). The peons may get better food because of it. Worked at my campus.

when I was in grad school, the grad students were allowed in the athletes dining hall and yes, it was way better. More choice, ability to ask for things and really nice staff.

A "school" with an athletes dining hall isn't. Don't go there for an education.

Swarthmore traditionally has a reputation for mediocre food, but the new dining hall seems to be getting good reviews. My DC liked it.

I wonder how a school as large as UCLA [b]can have such good food? Why wouldn't everyone use their provider?

DC in agreement, they like Hill food and Pret on dining dollars; overall way better than reputation from yrs ago. There are amazing affordable food trucks on campus if they want a change from penn food

Many schools do, yet I don't hear UT or Stanford on the top of any dining hall lists.
