from what we've seen
Best Yale Princeton Middlebury Worst Georgetown George Washington Tufts |
Virginia Tech is known to have excellent food options and they're opening a new food hall this fall. Lots of love for Hokie dining options! |
Best: UMass Amherst |
I believe Niche and Princeton Review have covered this topic ad nauseum. |
Kenyon was bad
Swarthmore was outstanding Based on visits last year. |
Umass Amherst. Seriously. |
Swat and Bowdoin so good.
I think it's about quality of food plus quality of dining hall experience. These schools that put the dining hall in the basement of a big building baffle me. |
UMass Amherst. I didn't think twice about it but then I ate with other child at a different school and then at UMass and woah! It's amazing. |
U of Arizona has great food options with restaurants and coffee shops on and off campus - all covered by your food plan. |
Bowdoin has jaw dropping food. DC visited the Claremont Colleges and students were choosing between Birria tacos, Pho, Steak and Pad Thai, which made me jealous ![]() |
William and Mary and Georgetown are just gross. Duke is great. |
+1 not while I was there, but objectively the best for many years now. |
+1 DS lives off campus (but very close) and still eats most meals on campus. |
George Washington has great food, actually.
Please don't confuse it with Georgetown. W&M had the worst food of all the colleges we visited two years ago, but I've heard they overhauled their dining. |
Williams's food is "a science experiment gone wrong" according to DC |
