I thought his answer was clear. "The only benefits available to any employee who resigns, retires or is terminated from Montgomery County Public Schools are prescribed by the association contract. No others." |

Well i hope that if more harrassment of professionals and students comes about; more taxpayer money gets extracted by incompetent and greedy buracrats goes on again; what then. Are we going to dole out more blank checks? Are we going to dole out more promotions that reward harassment and incompetent? Are we going to reward leaders who action have severely negative consequences on thousands of people? Are we going to say "golly gee we never saw that coming even after we promoted a person with a long history of these corrupt actions? When is enough going to be enough. Working class tax payer deserve better than blatant corruption that has no checks and balance.
I wonder is UMD already so corrupt as to why they are playing or even risking their reputation on a gamble when her true colors have already been shown. Finally, why would they roll over for this naacp oriented bufoon? Do they want to look good to minorities? That logic seems inherently racist as they are hiring based on skin color that content of character or her past. UMD is a joke. Eureka ive got it. UMD has a past with that bully coach. They are exhibiting their true colors as well as an institution that supports bullying. |

I'm not sure McKnight was involved anymore than the previous two supers and the evidence against Beidleman seemed sketchy. They need to do better than this. |

Yes, she was more involved. She promoted him to HS principal while he was under investigation. No, the evidence didn't seem sketchy. |

What about all the multitude of people who dont have sexual harrasment and bullying scandals in their past. They never get a chance to lead and make the money.
We must never forget what these people did to get millions of our tax dollars as they endangered the people they were suppose to support. |

Even if his behavior at fms was occurring before she came on as super, she knowingly promoted him, and ignored direct complaints from his current staff. She had the ability to do better. |
