"only flush toilet paper" sign for guest bathroom. Anyone have this?

(a few wipes are fine, but tampons can get bunched up and seize the impeller).

I don't even know what a lot of words in this post mean, but sounds super scary and expensive and definitely worth a sign, given how many clueless women are on this one thread.

Op, do the Etsy sign. I think some people honestly don’t know and you can easily save yourself a costly repair.
I’ve been in several restaurants and stores in old buildings which had signs posted in the bathroom indicating not to flush anything but human waste and tp.
I wouldn’t think anything of a sign in a friends bathroom, but I also grew up with a septic tank and never flush anything else!

What kind of parties do you have where visitors come over and poop?

Some people poop four or five times a day. Get used to it.

At parties?

That is so gross and rude.

Poop before you leave your house.

Leave early if you must poop again.

No one's micromanaging how someone takes a crap.

But I sure as hell will micromanage how you treat my house's pipes.

A better question: what kind of broken person is ok with causing a flood in the house of someone they visit?

What kind of food are you serving that you have houseguests regularly taking dumps?

I don’t flush tampons at others houses but how do I know if it’s ok at my own house? I just do and haven’t had a problem … have done it my whole life in all my own homes and when using public restrooms

If you provide wipes, they are flushing them no matter what you or your sign says. No one is wiping their butt with a wipe and tossing it in the garbage. That said, a sign like that is not uncommon in houses that have a septic system. But women will still flush tampons, let the plumbing be damned.

What? Do expect a houseguest who stays days or weeks, to never poop?

What are YOU serving your houseguests, that they DON'T need to regularly poop?
