Do you keep tissue boxes around the house?

Anonymous
We have them in every bathroom plus I keep a box next to my desk where I’m working. I’m the one with the allergies.

No.

Literally every room. It is ridiculous. I wish I wasn’t addicted to tissues.

Nope, toilet paper does the trick for me. Only time I buy tissues are when they are on the school supply lists.

Yes. Bedrooms, living rooms, family rooms, bathrooms.

What are old ladies doing with those tissues?

No clue, but I know what my 14 yo DS is doing with them…

Lol

Decorative? No. Boxes of tissue - yes - throughout the house. We all have allergies.

Because you can stand up and walk to the bathroom, blow your nose, and throw the tissue away in the trash can in there. I’m not putting a box of tissues in every room.

I agree with the poster who can’t imagine not needing tissues many times daily. We have allergies and go through a lot of tissues. Going to the bathroom each time we need one would get old reallllly fast.

So you have a trash can in your living room?

No - no - but plenty of trash cans not in the bathroom. What if you need a tissue and someone is in the bathroom? We often need to grab a tissue quickly. You have more time to walk and throw it out.

Yes. Kitchen, living room, next to beds

Yes. Who has time to make it to the bathroom if they are going to sneeze?

Anonymous wrote:Yes, or else my kids will wipe their noses on their shirts instead of blowing their nose into a tissue.

My kids will use their shirt with three huge tissue boxes staring them in the face. I have more than usual because of allergies which make my nose run all day long.

I would stuff the used tissue in my pocket or bag if I’m at someone’s house and I didn’t see a trash can.

I'll be sure to sneeze on you while I'm searching for your bathroom.

I think you use them or you don't and would never even consider the alternative until faced with that kind of person.

It's called having allergies you nitwit. Silly? That kind of person?

Your poor husband.

Just sneeze into your elbow like the rest of us.

Is it a gross snotty sneeze?
