I think the average woman hating on Sanchez has forgotten/never cared about the infidelity. They aren’t so much jealous as distressed to be confronted (once again) with the fact that many, many men are attracted to overtly sexy women- even if they are XXX cartoonishly vulgar and look like an animatronic with pneumatic parts. Testosterone is a helluva drug and women can never really understand its effects on men of all incomes and levels of educational attainment.

I don't know. If you look at pictures of her before she met Bezos, she wore form fitting clothes, but nothing that would attract attention as being in poor taste. I can only guess he likes her dressing that way.
