"It's not up to GenZ to save democracy..." Not exactly the Greatest Generation here, is it? They seem awfully excited for another Trump term. I think young progressives are quite looking forward to it. They are clearly willing to throw everything from women's rights to the environment to income inequality to the Supreme Court aside so that for a brief moment they can say I told you so. A generation ago it was the progressive Nader voters that gave us George Bush, the invasion of Iraq, and the financial collapse in 2008. It will be very interesting to see how things turn out as young progressives bring forth Trump 2.0. As Obama said, elections do indeed have consequences. |
Having dealt with dementia in both parents, I can confidently say that Trump does not have dementia. You might really dislike the guy, but that is not his issue. It helps a lot that he never drank alcohol. |
1) Democrats believe their social issues will win over economic issues. I'm not seeing it. People's standards of living are dropping and they're agitated. They believe in leading by optics, not by making the best decision for the country.
2) Democrats believe that they are better than republicans because they have the "self-introspection" that others don't have. That's kind of a powerful drug for them. It also is psycho-BSA that won't carry them. Too much of it and it really backfires. We're there. 3) The country is fed up with the ideology of democrats: show weakness on foreign policy and give away the store because it's the right thing to do in the face of "unjust colonialism" and our checkered past. Open the borders to atone for our sins. Throw money everywhere as payoff for slavery. I can guarantee you there's a boil-over about to happen based on this nonsense. |
I disagree, also having close relatives with dementia that I cared for. Trump definitely has dementia. There are lots of signs. |
Give me a break. He does rally speeches that sometimes go over an hour, and a decent amount of the time he is not reading from the teleprompter. |
If you say so. ![]() |
Troll. |
Speaking of nonsense, lol. |
His “speeches” are rambling and incoherent, the sort of word salad you get from a dementia patient. Of course he isn’t reading from a teleprompter: because of his dementia, he has lost the ability to read. |
Foreign leaders are now meeting with Trump instead of Biden. ![]() "In less than two months, Trump has hosted Polish President Andrzej Duda, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, former Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso and David Cameron, the former British prime minister who now serves as the U.K.’s foreign secretary. He’s also talked with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and others by phone." https://www.yahoo.com/news/trump-rolls-red-carpet-foreign-231614574.html |
Biden calls US ally Japan 'xenophobic' along with Russia and China
oops. |
This is just tired boomer nonsense chasing its tail. All the votes matter, especially in close races. Part of the reason Biden is such a fool is that he’s assumed he can take young voters for granted. You might think only moderates and independents, whatever those categories actually mean, matter, but what really matters is motivation. Demotivating your key demographics is suicide. |
Apparently, he just insulted Poland also. |
Dictators of a feather……… ![]() ![]() ![]() |
The moderate and independent voters are intelligent and they may not like the choices they have for president but they know they do not want the GOP candidate. Trump is shortly going to be a convicted felon and there must be a few Republicans who cannot vote for an adjudicated rapist and convicted felon! |
