Can't criticize unless you post links for something better....

In fact, I’ve notice that I get a lot of casual dresses from REI just because there’s a pretty good selection, it’s easy to order online and return to a store, and they tend to be great for being out and about/physical activities without looking like athletic wear. Here are a few more I thought were cute:

I like that shirt dress -- wish they'd show it on a model.

That looks great for things like errands, kids soccer games, etc. I got this one on a whim at Costco of all places and it is the most comfortable thing I own:

Thank you! This looks perfect.

I particularly like this linen dress because it has sleeves, comes in a few colors and can be belted.

Not sure of quality from J McLaughlin. Can anyone speak to that?

That's cute with the belt. Seems a little expensive for what it is.

I just received the A&F dress suggested up thread. I loved it but it totally did not work with my 34E chest (size 4/6). The V-neck was way too low and it would ruin the look with a cami underneath.

Sigh, it is very tough with a chest to pull off any of these summer dresses. I look terrible with anything with a belt because it makes me look so top-heavy.

In my limited experience, J Mc is poor quality and super overpriced.

Love the look, but skeptical if I would want to wear that on a hot humid day

PP here - I love this dress. It’s my style - I’m a bit of a giraffe and most of my dresses are column shaped. And I have the perfect flat black sandals. But my life is so low key casual Midwest college town I’m afraid I would never get to wear it. Thanks for the fun thread!
