Dune Part 2

Yes. I saw Empire of the Sun. It was amazing and he was amazing in it. But he didn’t grow up to be a leader in it. Not the same.

Saw it recently and really liked it. The cinematography is incredible. Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Timothee and Stella’s Skarsgard are all excellent in their characters. Performance of the movie IMO goes to Austin Butler for playing a chillingly evil Feyd-Rautha. The only weak spot of the movie for me was Zendaya… I think she is miscast. She and Timothee have almost no chemistry and her delivery is pretty flat.

I hope we will get to see the Guild Navigators in the third movie, my favorite of Herbert’s creations. The Tleilaxu might make an appearance too.

Just saw Dune 2, and came here to see what others had said about it. Agree that Zendaya and Timothee have no chemistry at all, and it made the movie fall flat. The tension that is supposed to exist between Paul becoming the KH and staying who is to make a Fremen life with Chani didn't believably exist, because Paul and Chani just have no chemistry.
