Redfin does not (probably slow to update) but Zillow and Homes shows it as pending.

Whoever bought that got a great deal on house itself (I think) but I am guessing it will be a PITA to deal with whatever problems exist with that house.

I saw this yesterday, it was updated to say Foreclosure before it went into pending.

They would have to get it for less than list to get a good deal IMO. Interested to see what the final price will be. Assuming we’ll find out soon since it needed to be a cash sale.
