Where is your beach house? |
Depends on the periodicity |
Where is he headed? Mass? Where do suited weekenders go dressed like that? |
Dh wears Ons because they are comfortable and easy, he’s worn them for years. He also usually wears something like Rhône pants, an old college or law school tshirt or maybe a button down if he needs to dress up. Barbour jacket, Patagonia coat or vest. I’m not sure what op’s definition of “wealthy” is but we own a townhouse in Brooklyn Heights and have a second home in Litchfield County and make 7 figures.

Ugh I’m depressed that someone with that life posts on dcum. |
Well I don’t often but I’m up super early to catch a train to DC for work and I was bored in the cab… typically I come here for parenting questions but sometimes there are decent suggestions in this forum. |
The super wealthy people I know all dress like hobos. Only strivers dress "wealthy." |
I'm convinced I could use my orthopedic disabling condition to become extremely wealthy with a new "ugly" shoe brand. I could get a spot on QVC and talk nonstop about it's "awkward-awesomeness." The uglier and more ridiculous the better. Seriously, there are less ugly shoes for bad feet and you blend in with everyone else. |

My good college friend is "new tech money" worth mid-9 figures and wears free company t-shirts (shirts from his own company though! flex?), uniqlo, and costco sneakers every day. He has nice arcteryx stuff for anything technical like skiing. |
Yessss! Winner. |
"with the kid" means somebody else is not taking care of the kid
that guy is not wealthy no matter what he is wearing -- indicator of wealth is services, not materials |
