The vast vast majority of congressmen get no security whatsoever. |
post the transcript or court record to support this. |
that’s the problem. I custody case and a domestic violence case are two very different types of cases. |
He was in court for a domestic. I will shout this into the void: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE needs to be taken more seriously. Nearly every violent criminal and mass shooter has a history of DV that wasn’t appropriately punished before their other crimes. Listen to women. |
where is the evidence of abuse to the wife and children? |
I’m hear I listen. That’s why I asked for the transcript. So I can listen to what the wife said about the abuse she and the children experienced. |

Article below has the most details Of the case in any media article I’ve seen. https://thehill.com/homenews/state-watch/ap-a-maryland-circuit-court-judge-was-fatally-shot-in-the-driveway-of-his-home-police-say/ |
Such a tragedy due to an armed, controlling, hot headed husband. |
The police calls to their house. |
The entire reason that the ex-wife got sole custody of the kids and the house and why the judge said he had to have no contact with them was because he had a history of domestic violence. Are you serious? That’s why he lost the kids and his house and why he went and killed the judge that ruled in his ex-wife’s favor. |
+1 Must be a troll asking those ridiculous questions. |
| Ironic that this monster proves the judge right with this gesture. |
What’s the names of the attorneys involved? This case has all the red flags of legal malpractice. |
What red flags? Where is the malpractice? |
I can’t find my source for this. I might’ve read it or seen it on TV or heard it on a podcast but one of the most dangerous situations for police officers are domestic violence situations. The chances of the car, becoming physically violent either towards the domestic partner, or the police officers are much higher than other types of calls. In this case this guy murdered a judge. I agree domestic violence should be taking much more seriously. |
