All that's missing is the old,

"We could afford to buy a house in Bethesda, North Bethesda, Parkwood, or Garrett Park, etc. but for all these other reasons, we decided to buy in our neighborhood instead."

Hard to hate on wj. They're amazing academically, in many sports and clubs and the "extras" that they do (college prep seminars, etc) are fabulous
