Elon lives in a hovel in rural Texas near the SpaceX launch site. There’s nothing for miles and miles.

It wasn’t a good place for a recuperating mother and a newborn baby. And it’s pretty clear that Elon didn’t think of planning for them at all.

The guy is super flighty. He gets intensely interested in something for a couple weeks and then his attention moves on. I can see this happening with his kids and relationships.

Did he buy this hovel when she was already pregnant and try to get her to live there? Probably not. She knew all of these things about him. My DH refuses to make the bed or put the toothpaste top back on. I knew this before we had children together so I can’t really complain that he doesn’t make their beds or put their toothpaste covers on.

I don’t think there’s evidence that Elon is abusive but it is weird to me how he is viewed so differently from Nick Cannon. They both seem like terrible fathers and Elon has the estranged daughter to back it up. Elon also seems extremely messy in his personal life so the grimes thing is unsurprising. Cheating with amber heard and Sergei Brin’s ex, messy divorce from his first wife, marrying and divorcing the same woman, having a bunch of babies at the same time. Plus the rumors of him being a eugenicist. This is not someone people should be fawning over

PP. I had a coworker who was obsessed with him. My DS is also highly intelligent and on the spectrum and I get “well-meaning” comparisons to him all the time. It makes me very sad.

+1 Also, they aren’t a blended family at all. Elon and Grimes never married, and Elon and Shavon aren’t married. There is no requirement the moms have to meet or that one mom gets to meet kids that aren’t hers. Shavon probably doesn’t want Grimes near bwe twins, I can’t blame her. You’re not making sense. Why would you think her name isn’t listed on the birth certificate? The article explains that it is common to file a petition to establish parental rights if the parents are unmarried and it’s to deal with custody. Stop making up drama.
