According to VPAP, Perry won Loudoun by 6. The Fauquier portion has no people in it and contributed nothing to the margin. Segura running on crime was so stupid considering SD-31 is very suburban and safe. I don’t know why R’s didn’t try to recruit a better candidate. Tony Buffington was redistricted out last year from the board and would of been a much better candidate. Hell even Mike Chapman would of been better. He definitely won the Loudoun portion of SD-31.

She got 54% of the vote in the county. He got 45.7%

That’s a margin of nearly 9%. I rounded up to 10.

Her margin was 6% overall but much wider in Loudoun. Which is the only thing germane to our discussion

A win is a win, yes. But she didn’t even win by the margin of the district.
