You are confusing the school board with the county board of supervisors. Randall is chair of the latter, not the former. Two completely separate groups.

Loudoun is the only sane county in NoVA, hence the reason why everyone from Arlington, MoCo, and DC hate on it so much. They cannot stand that a county in the region will still elect Republicans.

I love Loudoun and my hometown of Leesburg so much. Best place on Earth to live. People out here are moderate, family-oriented suburbanites. My favorite thing about Loudoun is that the far-right thinks we're some liberal garbage zone and that the far-left thinks we're some hick sh*thole with a bunch of rich White people and Trumpers.

Yes, the western end of the county is very conservative and White, that isn't some big secret though. The eastern end does have more diversity but still maintains a pro-business culture and is very family-oriented. Overall I find Loudoun to be incredibly clean, scenic, and filled with strong communities.
