DP, I wouldn't report anyone. Not my business. Asked around the office today specifically because of this post. You're an island. |
Easy to be forewarned of that conflict if OP is renting out her own home. |
| COSA will be granted if child is 11th or 12th grade. It will take an appeal to be granted the COSA if child is 9th or 10th grade. |
It's DCUM. Anyone can pretend to be anyone. Take everything with a shaker of salt here. |
OP here. Yes, I'm very stupid. It's so easy for someone to prove they've been discriminated against when they try to rent a home. Yet somehow my low IQ gets me several millions worth of housing. Must have been the dumbest luck how that happened. I'm also very nasty, as you can see. Like criminal level, mass murder type stuff.
|
Where will OP live when she is renting out her own home? Or will she be homeless? |
| Apply for a COSA and appeal if needed. In my experience, MCPS loves to deny reasonable requests 1-2 times, but if you appeal beyond that you win. |
If you were my friend, and you committed residency fraud, I don't think that would change my opinion of you, but it would change my opinion of you if you violated fair housing laws. Even if the potential tenant couldn't prove it, you would know, and if you told me about it, I would know. |
When it affects me and my community, it becomes my business. They are using resources they aren't entitled to. |
| There should be extra penalties for crimes like this, especially for entitled jerks. |
| Lol wow. Just…. Wow. Glad I’m moving my family out of MoCo this summer. These responses validate that choice. Mostly terrible people in this county. The entitlement alone…. |
They are paying property taxes on the home in question and ANOTHER home in MoCo. They are paying more than you are. They are absolutely entitled. No one is “using” “your” resources. Give me a break. |
DP. No, you aren't entitled to a variable amount of MCPS resources based on how much you pay in property taxes. |
The point is, stop pretending they are “taking yours.” They aren’t. |
Yes, they are entitled but not to take resources allocated for others. |
