What fragrance do you wear?

Say what? Jo Malone perfumes are horribly strong. I can't take them. I'd hate to find out what you consider strong if you consider those to wear off. I have a sample of the Blush Peony or whatever it's called and it was way too strong and stayed on too long.

Not on everyone. They evaporate on me. No matter how much I put on, you can't smell it on me after 30 mins - and yes I have verified this.

No, not "nonsense" I have other fragrances that I wear that actually DO last on me. JM fragrances do not. It is a thing, who are you to tell me otherwise.

Same for me. Jo Malone has insane projection at first, so it seems strong, but just doesn't last on me.

I would ask someone. Most people go nose deaf to their own fragrances over a day (and over time).

I'm not dense, I've been wearing fragrances for years! I even said in my PP that I verified this - not sure what you thought I meant by this I've asked DH, DD, friends over the years "can you smell my perfume" when wearing JM....nope. There are even Reddit discussions specifically about this. Listen whatever you want to believe. I was just chiming in that JM does not last on me. That's it. I'm done debating this, you can continue if you want.

I’m the PP you’re replying to and that’s the first JM post I’ve made.

They're the same for me. They just disappear. I've used shampoo and body wash with longer staying power.

For those who are sensitive. Stop complaining and trying to control what other people do. People will be people; if you don’t like it stay away from normal people.

You are both correct. The original Jo Malone was really good and stayed on you all day long. Once she sold it to Este Lauder, it became a joke. For Jo Malone fans, she started again a new brand after 10 years non-compete expired, called JoLove, but it is currently only available in England (maybe somewhere else in Europe, but they definitely not selling it in US).

My all time favorite perfume was Perscriptives Calyx

Mine, too. I miss that scent so much. These days I wear Jo Malone Sea Salt and Wood Sage occasionally. Most days I wear Snif's Sweet Ash

Clinique bought Prescriptives and makes Calyx. It was a favorite of mine as well so I was happy to see it was in production again.
