My daughter wears period underwear sometimes. I put it a bucket to Soak and the water turns red. When I lift it out and ring, more red. So I’m not sure why you think this wouldn’t happen with a wet swimsuit |
The people that manufacture period swimsuits (and underwear) specify that they're not interchangeable, that period underwear does not have the same sort of waterproofing technology that the swimwear has. |
Typically underwear is worn longer than swimwear. I wouldn't spend an entire day in period swimwear (unless going to the beach and not going into the water). For a swim team practice it'll be fine. |
Are there any brands that work on Amazon? |
Ruby.
Got the bottoms only, in solid black. Matches any swimsuit top and doesn't draw attention. Mix and match is in these days anyway. It works. The amt of blood is so little during that little amt of time, like a couple of hours. No leaks. It has elastic sides and absorbs the blood right away. |
