I’m not sure this guy has one single fan out there. The team has no place to go but up.

Or elsewhere.

First PP again. Does anyone in the DC area want the stadium? Loudoun has loudly said no. Do DC residents want it at former RFK?

I can't think of one that would jump at the opportunity. The team is likely to move to a new city. There are cities begging for a NFL franchise.

CBS Sports reported two weeks ago that the sale could take place within three weeks, and it appears that timeline remains intact for now.”

Snyder is pretty stupid for not taking Jeff Bezos money.

Surely, we don't want our local NFL team to be second-class to the Titans? A $1.26 billion subsidy for a new stadium that is smaller than the existing stadium. It looks like there are cities willing to bend over backward for a team's demands.

I'd love to see the WFT leave, but don't you think the league wants to have a team in the DMV for lobbying purposes? Easier to take gov't officials and staff out to the owner's box, etc.?

I'm very much OK with being smarter than the people in Tennessee.

The team is not leaving.

Why would they leave? The team is hugely profitable even with their fans not showing up at the stadium.

They will never leave. I think in the long run they may come back to RFK.

They will however, probably leave the stadium in Maryland after this.

Not unless DC springs for a new stadium. The first city to offer to build a new stadium will get the team.

Nope, they won't leave but DC may build new stadium. Bringing back RFK would be awesome for fans!

Rfk site is by far the best for the team. Even if the team has to build it, it will pay off

I cannot think of a worse use of land or taxpayer dollars than a football stadium surrounded by acres of parking.
