What will happen with IVF if abortion rights are restricted?

And I don't care that you don't know. If you've never had reason to care, I'm happy for you. But STFU and stay in your lane.

Any lane that leads to my uterus is under my own jurisdiction. As is your own. And that’s why this law needs to not be changed. The whole argument is appalling.

Pretty sure you and PP are saying the same thing.
Anyone referring to embryo transfer as “implantation” has never dealt with infertility/IVF. How fortunate for them.

We are saying the same thing. And I haven’t had IVF. I can’t even imagine how much self-awareness it takes to stay mentally whole through that process. Anti-choice is not the way to go with anything about reproduction, at all.

I think we’re not completely saying the same thing, because there’s a lot more nuance in our experiences… i’m not responding entirely to the infertility piece as it’s not something I have experienced - it’s not my conversation to have … But I think the outcome we want is in alignment. Body autonomy.

Plus lots of conservatives actually do IVF.

A lot of them do abortions as well.

If you can prosecute a woman for getting an abortion because it is murdering an unborn child then what about people who do IVF and don’t implant all their embryos? Or discard non-viable ones? Should they be forced to implant all embryos created with IVF good or bad? Where does the line stop?

I don't think Roe will be overturned. To do so before 2022 election would bring women out in drives and make the House and Senate overwhelmimgly Democrat. I would, however, love to see surrogacy done away with.

Droves not drives.

I Think pro-lifers are the same as rapists as it is about controlling women.
