Police chief newsham says much of this crime soate is gun reoffenders. DC says they care about gun violence, but dont prosecute perps. But theyll fight a legal permit tooth and nail. Bizarro.

I hear this every time there’s a shooting. As someone quite desperate to buy in Columbia Heights, I haven’t seen any reduction in the past five years.
