Boobs

So I went from a very small B cup to postpartum about a D...I’m super small boned and miserable. My back hurts so much... Exercising is painful too. Feeling out of sorts. I was anticipating them getting a bit bigger, but this feels like a lot on my body. Generally do women return to their pre breastfeeding size? I have a 9 week old.

Yes. I went under my pre-breastfeeding size and so did both of my sisters. Hang in there, OP. Work out right after morning feeding and pumping.

Mine when back around a year when I significantly cut back on the number of feeds.

Yes. I actually got pregnant while still nursing my first and had big boobs for another year and a half - and then they’ve deflated like tired old balloons to smaller than my first pre-pregnancy size.

Mine only grew a cup size (B to a C) but they went back to normal around 9 or 10 months when I cut back on breastfeeding and started combo feeding. The pain and discomfort went away before that though, before I went back to work at 13 weeks. I wore a bra all the time though. I bought some soft sleep bras I wore to bed and around the house and that helped.

Same. I went from D/ DD pre pregnancy to G while breastfeeding and I’m now a C but instead of boobs, I have deflated balloons.

Same. I went from a D to an F while nursing then ended up at a C. Now pregnant with number 2 so we'll see what kinda wild ride the girls are going to have this time 😅

I was an A before kids, a C while nursing, and settled into a B between pregnancies.

NP and older mom -- this is my fear. Or rather i should say realization since i am only 2 weeks pp and I can already see it when baby finishes a big feed or I finish pumping.

You shouldn't be exercising at nine weeks out.

32H natural pre-and post pregnancy here... they will go back once you are done bf but check out the Brooks running bras for extra support, even as an every day bra. It makes a world of difference.

Try to walk, bike or row to minimize bounce and maximize comfort for the time being.

Totally untrue.

Yeah ok. I was working with a personal trainer by four weeks PP. no tear through two pregnancies (delivering two slightly early babies). Not everyone is the same

I went from an A to a C while nursing and after a few months settled at a B, have mostly weaned now and feels like I’m going back to A. On the plus side, since they are small they are still perky? But soft. It is weird to wake up and not have boulders
