My OB gave me the okay to work out 5 weeks after my Csection — and hes very conservative generally speaking. May I healed up well with no issues. Why would you not be exercising 9 weeks out ?!?! Every post partum mom should ! Movement increases blood flow , lymphatic drainage, mental health, cardiovascular health .... the list goes on |
