It states "when practical"  so I guess that makes it okay lol

| That's what we told you when the phase 3 guidelines came out. Sports as usual, with parents and coaches social distancing and extra hand sanitizer. |

| So if people go to the beach, they can't be less than 10 feet of each other, but at the soccer field they can have physical contact. These rules are so inconsistent. |
