It’s not very specific, however. For example, it says playgrounds can open “with restrictions.” What restrictions?

Divide by 144 to leave plenty of room for moving around in your own space and you would have 94 patrons, much more reasonable if you are trying to keep separation.

That page doesn't make any sense. Apparently you only use the fenced-in area if you are only doing open/rec swim. If you you allow lap swimming, then you do the capacity by water surface area. Unless you only do lap swimming, in which case it's twice the number of lanes.
