Not so fast...
The numbers are starting to surge again, thanks to all the protests. Now looking like some doubt that Phase 2 will happen. And if the numbers keep going the way they’re headed now, I’d expect a rollback of Phase 1 as well. |
Troll fail. |
All of Maryland is under a "safer at home" order, even still. Y'all red shirts can go out and create some herd immunity for the rest of us. |
What are you prattling on about? |
Where did he say this on Twitter? I looked at his own tweets and didn’t see anything. Was he responding to someone else? |
Yes he was. Look at the comments on this tweet: https://twitter.com/marc_elrich/status/1272638977313570816?s=21 |
Does a "safer at home" order require people to stay in their homes except when performing certain essential activities? I didn't think so. It hasn't been accurate to say we've been under a "stay-at-home" order since Executive Order No. 070-20 became effective on June 1st. |
Immediate PP here again. By the way, where is this "safer at home" order that we're supposedly all under? I looked through this list, but didn't see it. |
| I think "safer at home" is what Hogan calls the next phase of openings--- it isn't an actual order. Meaning you are safer at home than not at home. |
Sure, but there's no "safer at home" order as the previous poster claimed. At most, there's a small set of requirements, and a much larger set of recommendations, that some are trying to group into an ill-defined "safer at home" program. People, particularly Elrich himself, need to be more careful when throwing around the term "order." "Order" implies there's some of enforcable, legal requirement. That's not the case here. There's no "stay-at-home" order, nor is there a "stafer-at-home" order. |
Have you seen the test numbers from over the weekend? The graph looks like a hockey stick |
