Very earliest pregnancy symptoms

In those first couple of weeks after conception, but before you can take a pregnancy test, do you guys remember having any symptoms? If so, what were they? I had a miscarriage a few months ago, but I remember in the first few weeks of that pregnancy, being ravenously hungry—and not realizing or understanding why until I took the test and it came back positive.

Sore boobs, but that was just a day before my missed period. Also my fitbit resting heart rate was higher in those two weeks.

Sore breasts, but that's a PMS symptom for me too, so it wasn't very helpful for diagnosis in my case.

I'm 6dpo, going to teat at the end of the week, but as of now I'm having crazy insanely vivid dreams all night long.

With my first, I tested because I was getting winded walking and down the stairs (and I'm an avid runner).

This will sound weird, but I had the sharp, zapping sensation in my stomach. I remember I was sitting at my desk and it was so apparent it made my ears ring. I’m sure you’re thinking I am nuts by now (and I may be 😁) but it was a feeling I had never had and haven’t since. I now have a 2 year old.

Really vivid dreams. I've always been a heavy sleeper and can never remember my dreams after I wake up. Suddenly, every night, I was having these crazy dreams. Took a pregnancy test but it was negative. Waited 3 days, still lots of crazy dreams, took another test and it was positive.

Sore boobs, followed quickly by sudden need to vomit about 3 minutes into a car ride. The puking didn't stop for another, oh, 13 weeks or so.
