| Has anyone had muscle soreness from either lack of activity or lack of variety in activity? I walk every day for an hour to an hour and a half. I am active in my lifestyle. But I am not working out the way I used to. My body hurts. My Lower back, legs, squatting hurts, hips and IT bands hurt. I am working stretching into my routine. I am only a few days in but no relief so far. I can’t figure out why I am so sore. |

Yes. If I don't exercise regularly I will be sore 1) when I start exercising again and 2) when I do nothing at all.
Do some new exercises (I'm a fan of body weight exercise ... pushups, squats, tricept dips, lunges, planks, etc), yoga, or biking or running just to change it up. |
