| +1 It's about money. Kid from neighborhood is smart, NM finalists and could probably get in anywhere but guess what? Most likely can't pay even with aid so is going a "lesser" school (as some on here would say) for free. |

Same. We live in Pa and I know very few people who apply there. It isn’t on anyone’s radar here. |

There's people from all around the country on here. Some people relocated from DC while others found the site online and stayed for its useful info about not DC related topics. |
