We are seeing plenty of rioting on the news, get real. People are on video and getting arrested for throwing objects including things on fire, lighting Waymo cars on fire, ramming a motorcycle into a line of officers, throwing a Molotov cocktail at an officer, and local businesses reported looting (6th and Broadway area, among others).

These are reported in outlets like CNN and NBC in addition to fox.

If you really cared about “law and order” you wouldn’t have voted for Trump who openly said he would pardon the J6 rioters who destroyed the capital, tried to hang the vice-president, and violently fought police.

No outrage when Trump pardoned the J6 on day 1 ? “Rules for thee but not for me” is the MAGA moto.

Republicans whine about “law and order” with the George Floyd protests but the vast majority of people arrested for fire bombing and destroying buildings were White Nationalists, Nazi sympathizers, and other MAGA groups.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Orange Cheeto sent in his cronies to burn cars, ect..just so the Orange Cheeto can declare Martial Law. After Martial Law, Trump will suspend elections.

I guess they could have waited until things devolved like they did during the Sum-mer of Love when rioters took over the police precinct because the inept governor there - what was his name? - waited too long to activate the National Guard. Yeah we could have just waited until these rioters took over the detention facility in LA, released all the violent criminal aliens, then burned the place to the ground. The divide between Trump followers and progressives seems to be reaching a breaking point, and immigration seems to be the catalyst.

Could California and surrounding three west coast states secede and form their own "sanctuary nation," and then all Americans could choose which America they prefer? Everyone could self-select which of the two Americas they prefer, and then both could live in harmony.

The last time something like this happened with the national guard, it was 1965 when the feds brought them in to protect African American students from a racist southern governor. Do you really think what is happening in Los Angeles right now comes close to rising to that special circumstance and occasion?

The federal law calls for "people" to have due process. The president and ICE are the ones who are resisting said enforcement. We the people are standing up.
