And it doesn't seem good! Games/tournaments not until Phase 5 to follow Hogan's plan from what I gather.

I was really hoping for a return to play by July but now I am even doubting a fall season. I'm pissed.

Its, not it’s.

Looks like we are in Phase II.

Seems like a reasonably thought out document. You can throw it in the trash can. No one is following the phase guides. Clubs will crank up super y in June and use it as tryouts.

I think MD is currently in Phase 0. They will enter Phase 1, in some areas, on Friday at 5:00PM.

the phases within the msysa document are sport specific- we arent referring to hogans phases

I was thinking the same thing, from the details this didn't seem to be a direct correlation with hogans phases.

Read more carefully. Each soccer “phase” is correlated to Hogan’s’ “stage”.

^^^^This.

It's a bit complicated but as the "Phases"(MSYSA) don't directly match to "Stages" (MD Government) in the MD plan, but each phase does refer to a stage in the document.

PHASE I (Pre-MSRR Stage 1 Low Risk)
PHASE II (MSRR Stage 1 Low Risk)
PHASE III (MSRR Stage 2 Medium Risk)
PHASE IV (MSRR Stage 2 Medium Risk)
PHASE V (MSRR Stage 3 High Risk)

We started training outdoors privately in a small group of 6 or less.

Not club related though.
