The invitation to join the league was extended to all former DA Clubs. As a former DA Club, Arlington was invited to join the MLS league. They declined, for now. They said that, currently, ECNL is the only ESTABLISHED national league. MLS may get there, but there is too much uncertainty in this current environment to join up with a league that is brand new. They said that the door is open for Clubs that declined the initial invitation to join at a later date. All good, no drama.
